At Salt Swim, we provide in-store credit for the value of the returned product, excluding shipping costs.

Customers are entitled to an exchange within 12 business days of delivery of their Salt Swim merchandise, provided the following conditions are met:

- The swimsuit must be in perfect condition and unused, with all sanitary stickers intact.
- The swimsuit must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all labels.

Items purchased with a discount or promotional coupon are not eligible for return or exchange.

Salt Swim does not cover any shipping costs or customs duties/taxes for the exchange of merchandise.

If the customer discovers any defects or imperfections in the received merchandise, they should report the issue to saltswimpr@gmail.com as soon as possible, include the original receipt, and provide a detailed description of the defect or flaw along with the returned merchandise. In such cases, Salt Swim will cover all shipping expenses.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, it will undergo inspection. If Salt Swim confirms the defect, we will issue a refund or, if preferred, provide store credit to purchase an identical item.

Salt Swim is not liable for merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged during its return to our facilities.

We advise using shipping services that offer reliable and trackable methods for returns.
